The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling membership administration, coordinating bookings, processing payments, and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests while maintaining the Club's service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and guests professionally.
  • Manage reception operations, including telephone inquiries and bookings.
  • Provide information on Club facilities, services, memberships, and promotions.
  • Process membership registrations, renewals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support sales activities through guest engagement and telemarketing.
  • Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure reception equipment is operational.
  • Process cash and credit card payments and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professional grooming, and compliance with Company policies.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; hospitality system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team.

Procurement Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to support purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and material sourcing activities. The role involves assisting in cost-effective procurement while ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, technical requirements and cost targets.
* Collaborate with engineering, project & facility management teams to identify equipment, materials and services required (including long-lead items).
* Source, evaluate and pre-qualify vendors, request quotations, analyze technical/commercial offers and recommend awards.
* Negotiate contracts, purchase orders and terms & conditions with suppliers/vendors to achieve best value, quality and delivery.
* Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedule, lead times and resolve procurement issues (delays, quality non-conformance, logistics).
* Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases, material master data, and cost-saving reports.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policy, Qatar import/export procedures, HSE/quality standards, and vendor contractual obligations.
* Provide market intelligence on equipment trends, supplier capabilities and cost benchmarks to inform sourcing decisions.
* Coordinate with logistics/warehouse/contracting teams to ensure timely receipt of materials/equipment and optimal stock levels.
* Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems (including e-procurement/CMMS if applicable).

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar) or Supply Chain/Procurement discipline.
* Proven experience in procurement within MEP contracting, facility management or industrial environment (preferably in Qatar/GCC).
* Strong understanding of technical specifications for mechanical, electrical, automation and facility equipment/systems.
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Proficiency with procurement software / ERP systems and MS Office.
* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and handle multiple demands and competing priorities.                                                                                                                                     Knowledge of Qatar customs/import regulations, and local supplier market is an advantage.

* Valid Qatar residency/work permit eligibility or transferable visa preferred.
