Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Oil and Gas Sector)

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to lead business development for a prestigious organization in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will manage existing client portfolios, explore new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal departments.
  • Monitor market trends and provide relevant feedback to management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on quotations and projects.
  • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and deliver product presentations where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas sector within the Qatar market.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in preparing technical and commercial bids and proposals.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
  • Must hold a valid visa and QID.
