Collection Officer

We’re looking for a skilled Collections Officer with experience in credit recovery or banking collections. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage overdue accounts, and a valid driving license for field visits.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking collections or credit recovery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license
• Organized with good reporting skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of debt restructuring and credit risk
• Familiarity with collections software/CRM
• Understanding of local debt recovery laws
