Bellman

We are seeking a well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused Bellman to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and delivering seamless guest assistance during arrival, stay, and departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with valet services and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and items to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Coordinate with front office, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest services.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma, hospitality diploma, or relevant certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within thepremium hospitality sector.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving luggage.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar.
