Waiter/ Waitress

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Waitress with experience in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a refined and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-end, personalized table service following luxury hospitality standards
• Greet and escort guests with professionalism and warmth
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make informed recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining etiquette
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/ waitress in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end venues
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
