We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating property sales, building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate property sales.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
