Yoga & Meditation Supervisor

We are seeking a Yoga & Meditation Supervisor to lead and oversee yoga and meditation programs at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering exceptional wellness experiences, managing instructors, and ensuring guests enjoy personalized, high-quality sessions in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily yoga and meditation classes and activities.
• Train, mentor, and support yoga and meditation instructors.
• Develop schedules and program plans to meet guest needs and preferences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback professionally.
• Maintain wellness area cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist in promoting yoga and meditation programs to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other wellness and hospitality departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
• Diploma or Certificate in Yoga, Meditation, or Wellness Management.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Yoga & Meditation Supervisor or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of various yoga styles, meditation techniques, and wellness practices.
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
