Water Feature Technician

A Water Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of water systems and equipment. The Technician will work on a variety of tasks such as installing, inspecting, repairing, and servicing water systems, pumps, tanks, and other related water systems and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting tests on water to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

• Inspecting and maintaining equipment used in water treatment plants

• Performing maintenance tasks on water treatment equipment

• Advising on water safety and health regulations

• Recommending improvements to existing water treatment systems

• Pipe installation

• Pump maintenance

• Water treatment

• Water sampling and analysis

• Testing and maintenance of water networks

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Highly organized

• Good communication abilities

• Ability to work independently

• Work well under pressure

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to use specialized software

• Knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems
