Job Summary:

The VIP Hostess is responsible for providing top-tier, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their experience is luxurious and seamless. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. The VIP Hostess will be expected to anticipate the needs of high-profile guests and deliver an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet VIP guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Provide personalized assistance to VIPs, including handling special requests, reservations, and accommodations.
  • Escort VIP guests to their tables, rooms, or designated areas with care and attention.
  • Ensure the VIP area is set up to the highest standards, including table settings, ambiance, and any special arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between VIP guests and staff, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle VIP guest preferences (e.g., food allergies, seating preferences) with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the venue's offerings, including menus, drinks, services, and any special promotions.
  • Upsell exclusive items or services to enhance the guest experience and increase venue revenue.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other staff, including chefs, waiters, and managers, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain an impeccable appearance and adhere to the venue’s grooming and dress code standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a hostess, concierge, or customer service representative in a luxury or high-end setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards, etiquette, and high-end dining or hospitality services.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (especially Arabic or French) are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive nightclub.
  • Knowledge of fine dining, luxury services, and the ability to make high-end recommendations (such as wines, specialty cocktails, etc.).
  • Ability to handle VIP clientele with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
  • Certification or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
