Summary:
The Villa Hostess serves as the primary point of contact for villa guests, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable stay experience. She is responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, attending to their needs throughout their stay, and coordinating with various departments to maintain the highest standards of service and comfort.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Villa Hostess acts as an ambassador of the property, delivering service with elegance, efficiency, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.

Provide detailed information about villa amenities, facilities, and local attractions.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest requests and preferences are met promptly.

Maintain daily guest records and communicate special requests or needs to the relevant departments.

Ensure the villa is perfectly prepared prior to guest arrival and maintained throughout the stay.

Handle guest complaints and feedback tactfully, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolution.

Assist in arranging transportation, excursions, and special activities for guests.

Monitor and replenish in-villa amenities and welcome setups as per standards.

Uphold company grooming, appearance, and etiquette standards at all times.

Maintain complete confidentiality and respect for guests’ privacy.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest relations or front office, preferably in luxury resorts, villas, or high-end hospitality environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Knowledge of local culture, attractions, and hospitality etiquette preferred.
