The Valuation & Financial Planning Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial planning, project valuation, and feasibility studies for the company’s real estate developments. This position involves the preparation of investment models, cash flow forecasting, and conducting feasibility analyses, providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance and ensure project viability. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical abilities, coupled with strong expertise in financial modeling, real estate market analysis, and risk assessment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed valuation models for real estate projects.

  • Lead feasibility studies to evaluate project profitability, market demand, and financial sustainability.

  • Provide recommendations based on valuation insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow models, and project budgets.

  • Monitor project performance against budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

  • Conduct risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to identify potential financial challenges.

  • Analyze market trends, investment returns, and economic conditions to guide project strategies.

  • Assess the financial impact of real estate trends, pricing strategies, and operational costs.

  • Provide insights into ROI, NPV, and IRR for proposed developments.

  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and development teams to align financial planning with business goals.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance, valuation outcomes, and feasibility metrics

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, or real estate project planning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).

  • Expertise in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and feasibility studies.

  • Proficiency in financial software such as Excel, Argus, or similar platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and market trends.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial forecasting and valuation.

  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
