Unskilled Operators

The Unskilled Operator will support the production team in daily operations, performing a variety of tasks that require manual labor and adherence to safety standards. The role involves operating basic machinery, handling materials, and ensuring that the work area is clean and organized. The ideal candidate should be able to follow instructions carefully, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and assist skilled workers as needed. A basic level of education and prior experience in a similar role is required, along with a commitment to quality, reliability, and safety.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.  

• Assist in material handling, loading, and unloading products or materials.  

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.  

• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning work areas and maintaining tools and equipment.  

• Assist skilled workers as needed in various tasks related to production or maintenance.  

• Ensure that production lines are functioning efficiently by monitoring and reporting any issues.  

• Follow work instructions, and adhere to production schedules and quality standards.  

• Participate in any required training to enhance skills and safety awareness.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:  

• Basic education, such as a high school diploma or equivalent, is required.  

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.  

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.  

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.  

• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.  

• Willingness to learn new skills and undergo training as needed.
