Technician - Plumber

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Plumber will perform routine inspections, carry out preventive maintenance, and address emergency plumbing issues promptly. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential in this role. The Plumber will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed, managing equipment inventories, and adhering to safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to avoid future issues.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, and sprinkler systems.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper water flow.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Manage plumbing equipment inventory, ordering materials and tools as required.
• Assist in plumbing-related tasks for other departments when necessary.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle emergency plumbing situations efficiently and professionally.
• Valid Visa and QID required.
