We are hiring a skilled Tandoor Cook to join a well-established restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of tandoori dishes with authenticity and precision, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori dishes including kebabs, naan, and other traditional specialties.
  • Operate and maintain tandoor ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper marination and seasoning techniques are followed to maintain authentic flavors.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and tandoor area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Comply with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Asian nationality preferred due to cuisine expertise.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in the GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and spices.
  • Ability to manage a tandoor oven efficiently and safely.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Team player with a professional work ethic.
  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
