Talent, Learning and Culture Manager

The Talent, Learning & Culture Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s people strategy by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. This role leads talent management, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs to ensure alignment with the company’s values, brand standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Lead end-to-end talent management initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment support, succession planning, and high-potential identification
  • Partner with department heads to ensure effective performance management and career development pathways

Learning & Development

  • Design, implement, and manage learning and development programs, including onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and technical training
  • Conduct training needs analysis and create annual learning plans

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Drive company culture initiatives aligned with organizational values and brand standards
  • Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing program's

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent management and learning & development
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or service-driven industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, and culture-building practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people development and culture-related matters
