Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking and client management skills to help businesses find the right talent efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment strategy planning, sourcing through various platforms, and maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
- Assessment & Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure cultural fit for client organizations.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote Inspire Talent Acquisition’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sourcing Expertise: Leverage various networks and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Process & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hiring processes, candidate interactions, and recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or Manpower-focused industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
Skills
- Hands-on experience in using ERP, recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- The position may require sitting for extended periods.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or job fairs.
Location:
Inspire Management Training Centre, with occasional travel for recruitment as required
