Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join a distinguished luxury hospitality brand in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapies and body treatments, creating a warm and positive first impression for guests while ensuring all services meet the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly by name, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Deliver high-quality massage therapies and body treatments as per Standard Operations Manual.
• Maintain and ensure all spa equipment is functioning properly at all times.
• Address guest inquiries about treatments and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
• Assist with product demonstrations, promotional events, and training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate records in the Therapist Log Book.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines under the guidance of the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
• Adapt to company changes and uphold spa standards consistently.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Internationally recognized massage therapy certification with formal spa training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel spa.(Required)
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic and Russian is an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
