Spa Therapist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist for a Five star hotel property. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of various massage techniques and a passion for providing excellent care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will work with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored treatments that help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform various massage techniques, such as Hot oil, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by listening to their concerns and offering personalized solutions.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist in promoting and selling massage services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Certified and licensed Massage Therapist.
• Experience with different massage techniques, including but not limited to Hot oil, Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions is preferred.
