Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the spa department at a luxury hotel and resort property in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa staff, and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily spa activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate spa therapists and support staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Maintain spa cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling and resource allocation efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering of spa supplies and products.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience and promote spa services.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
• 3-4 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards.
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
