Site Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and manage operations on ongoing tower projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supervising labor and subcontractors, ensuring smooth site activities, and maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates with Lusail project experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure that construction activities are executed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site productivity, resource allocation, and work schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman, preferably in tower projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety standards.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
• Experience working on Lusail tower projects.
• Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
