Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our ongoing tower projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural works, concrete, and finishing, with a proven track record in large-scale construction projects. Candidates with experience on the Lusail tower projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily site activities related to civil engineering works.
• Ensure quality control of structural, concrete, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and standards.
• Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• UPDA certification in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, preferably with Qatar tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete execution, and finishing works.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preferred:
• Experience working on Lusail tower projects.
• Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
