We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with expertise in indoor and outdoor fittings and furniture products within the hospitality industry. This opportunity is with one of our prominent clients in Doha, Qatar, renowned for providing premium restoration and repair services. In this key role, you will drive B2B sales by delivering tailored solutions for restoring leather, vinyl, plastic, and fabric products. Your focus will be on luxury hotels, fine-dining establishments, upscale cafés, and healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge, a strong network of hospitality contacts throughout Qatar, and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients within the luxury hospitality and healthcare sectors.
- Present and promote tailored restoration and repair services, including leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, and furniture solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality sector in Qatar. (Required)
- Strong network and connections within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license and own vehicle. (Required)
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
