We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Senior Sales Manager with extensive luxury hospitality experience to lead and drive sales strategies aimed at achieving the hotel’s revenue and business growth goals. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing a sales team, and executing high-level sales initiatives that maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management within the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hotel’s sales team, setting clear objectives and sales targets to ensure revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and campaigns to drive new business and maximize room and event bookings.
  • Identify, target, and secure high-value corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and front desk teams to ensure a seamless client experience and service delivery.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close large-scale deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and expand the client network.
  • Oversee and support the development of promotional materials, including sales collateral and digital content.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, customer trends, and the competitive landscape in the hospitality market.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
