We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with extensive expertise in the Facility Management sector, including proven experience in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring, talent sourcing, and candidate management, ensuring timely placement of qualified professionals to meet organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning and business objectives.

Plan, manage, and execute large-scale recruitment drives, including high-volume hiring campaigns for multiple Facility Management functions.

Act as a strategic partner to department heads and senior management, advising on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.

Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referral programs.

Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

Manage complex negotiations, including compensation discussions, offers, and employment terms, ensuring competitive and compliant recruitment practices.

Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Mentor, guide, and develop junior recruitment staff, fostering a high-performing, professional recruitment team.

Recommend and implement process improvements, recruitment tools, and systems to enhance the overall talent acquisition function.

Represent the organization externally at job fairs, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen the employer brand.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.

Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, ideally within the Facility Management or related service industry.

Proven track record in bulk recruitment, high-volume hiring, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

Strong expertise in recruitment tools, job portals, and advanced talent acquisition techniques.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead end-to-end recruitment processes independently and make strategic hiring decisions.
