We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with extensive expertise in the Facility Management sector, including proven experience in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring, talent sourcing, and candidate management, ensuring timely placement of qualified professionals to meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning and business objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and execute large-scale recruitment drives, including high-volume hiring campaigns for multiple Facility Management functions.

  • Act as a strategic partner to department heads and senior management, advising on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.

  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referral programs.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

  • Manage complex negotiations, including compensation discussions, offers, and employment terms, ensuring competitive and compliant recruitment practices.

  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices throughout the recruitment process.

  • Mentor, guide, and develop junior recruitment staff, fostering a high-performing, professional recruitment team.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, recruitment tools, and systems to enhance the overall talent acquisition function.

  • Represent the organization externally at job fairs, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, ideally within the Facility Management or related service industry.

  • Proven track record in bulk recruitment, high-volume hiring, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

  • Strong expertise in recruitment tools, job portals, and advanced talent acquisition techniques.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead end-to-end recruitment processes independently and make strategic hiring decisions.

  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and visa
