Senior Marketing manager (Real Estate)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the strategic marketing efforts for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, agencies, media partners, and vendors.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events such as property launches, open houses, and trade shows.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior marketing role within the real estate industry.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and strong analytical abilities.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
