Salon Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and driving the salon’s business growth. The Salon Manager must have strong leadership skills, knowledge of the beauty industry, and a passion for delivering a top-tier client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure smooth service delivery

• Lead and manage a team of hairstylists, beauticians, and front desk staff

• Hire, train, and evaluate salon staff; develop schedules and manage performance

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns professionally

• Manage inventory, stock supplies, and place orders in a timely manner

• Handle financial transactions, budgeting, and daily cash reconciliation

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost client bookings

• Keep up with beauty trends and recommend new services to increase revenue

• Maintain accurate client records and feedback for service improvement

• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and service standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar leadership role in the beauty/wellness industry

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of salon services, treatments, and beauty trends

• Proficient in using salon management software and booking systems

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

• Ability to handle administrative and operational responsibilities efficiently

• Flexibility to work during weekends and peak salon hours

• Certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or salon management (preferred)

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID

• Lebanese nationality preferred
