As a Sales Representative in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for healthcare products or services. Drawing on your expertise in sales and understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, you will actively promote and sell our offerings to healthcare providers, institutions, and organizations. Your responsibility includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the strategic objectives of our healthcare sales division.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell healthcare products or services to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in healthcare facilities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase benefits and features.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and product satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in alignment with company policies and customer needs.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field; additional certifications in sales or healthcare management are advantageous.
3-5 years of progressive experience in sales within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of healthcare products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT solutions is preferred.
Proven experience in selling within the GCC healthcare market is highly advantageous.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and benefits to healthcare customers.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and tools for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is beneficial for engaging with multicultural healthcare environments.
