The Sales Property Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, effectively marketing properties, and achieving sales objectives. Based in Doha, Qatar, this role combines client engagement, market research, and negotiation to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Property Listings: Present and promote properties to potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate insights.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to team success.
- Client Follow-Up: Provide post-sales support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
- A client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The candidate should have a valid driving license and own a car. (Required)
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID for immediate joining. (Required)
Compensation: This position is commission-based with no base salary. The commission structure, ranging from 50-60%, will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
