Sales Manager (Luxury Hospitality industry)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Luxury Hospitality Industry) to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in high-end beach clubs, branded restaurants, or F&B hospitality groups, with a strong track record in securing high-profile events, building strategic client relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the club
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies in Qatar and UAE
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including events, entertainment bookings, and private functions
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups with clients to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years’ proven experience in a similar sales role within high-end beach clubs, branded restaurants, or F&B hospitality groups.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar and UAE markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Arabic or Russian language skills are an asset
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
