Job Responsibilities 


• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the real estate sector.

• Lead a high-performing sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate developers, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the real estate industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.


Qualification, Experience and Skills 


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the real estate sector.

• Solid experience in a sales management role, preferably with Marriott or other reputable hospitality brands.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and customer needs.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed targets.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. 

• Experience working with luxury real estate projects.

• Knowledge of property development, investment, and financing processes.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management in the real estate industry.

• Professional certifications or training in sales, real estate, or related fields
