Sales Executive - Pest Control

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pest Control Sales Consultant/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in the pest control industry and possess exceptional sales and customer service skills. As a Pest Control Sales Consultant/Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our pest control services.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Generation:

·        - Identify and target potential clients through research, leads, and referrals.

·        - Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to showcase our pest control services.
   - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.

 

2. Consultative Selling:

·         - Understand clients pest control needs and challenges by conducting thorough assessments.

·         - Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on clients specific requirements.

·         - Effectively communicate the value of our services and how they address clients pest management concerns.

 

3. Relationship Building:

·         - Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.

·         - Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

 

4. Proposal Development:

·         - Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients, outlining services, costs, and terms.

·         - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized pest control plans that align with clients' needs.

 

5. Market Research:

·        -  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

·        -  Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our services.

 

6. Sales Reporting:

·         - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.

·         - Generate regular sales reports to present performance metrics and achievements.

 

7. Networking:

·         - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote our services.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         - Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control sales or a related field.

·         - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

·         - Strong knowledge of pest control products, techniques, and industry best practices.

·         - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         - Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.

·         - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

·         - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

·         - Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.

·         - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

 

Education:

 

·         - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

·         - Additional certifications or training in pest control, sales, or related fields are a plus.

 

Compensation:

- Compensation will be competitive and will include a base salary along with commission and potential bonuses based on sales performance.
