Sales Executive (MEP Products)

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of specialized industrial and infrastructure-related products, including valves, water meters, flow meters, copper pipes, gunmetal fittings, pressure loggers, fire hydrants, corrosion protection materials, insulation cladding, and leak detection services.
We seek individuals with a strong sense of ownership, who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and deliver measurable results. Candidates from both technical and sales/marketing backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors (contractors, consultants, municipalities, utilities).
- Effectively promote and sell the full portfolio of company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions and quotations.
- Support site visits and field demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Follow up on proposals, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using internal tools.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
- Product training will be provided.
Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in industrial, construction, plumbing, or infrastructure-related products.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid driving license and readiness for field travel.
