Sales Executive (MEP / Mechanical)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (MEP/Mechanical) to join a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the GCC, with a strong background in mechanical or MEP solutions. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the MEP/mechanical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to drive sales growth.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the GCC market (MEP/mechanical industry).
- Strong knowledge of MEP/mechanical systems, products, and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC.
