Sales Executive (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in 5-star hotel properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the luxury hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Proactively identify and engage new corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), travel trade, and luxury leisure clients
- Conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, and promotional events
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to encourage repeat business
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Work closely with the revenue, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Accurately maintain records in the CRM and provide timely sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and high-end clientele expectations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to travel locally or internationally as needed
