Sales Executive (Heavy Equipment / Machinery - KSA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of heavy equipment and machinery in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, strong sales abilities, and expertise in heavy equipment, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and generate sales of heavy equipment and machinery by identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Establish, build, and nurture long-term, professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, offering expert advice on suitable equipment and machinery to meet project requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, objectives, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the company’s overall success.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer demands to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings, ensuring clients are well-informed about specifications, features, and benefits of heavy equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business progress in CRM systems.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales presence in the region.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and conferences, strengthening the brand and expanding the network of contacts.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery, with expertise in the technical specifications and applications of various products.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales, with a strong focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a high level of motivation and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Bilingual (Fluency in both English and Arabic) is required.
  • A valid Saudi driving license is a must.
  • Car and fuel will be provided by the company.
