As a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry, you will play a vital role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their vehicle purchasing requirements. Your expertise will contribute to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities to customers.

  • Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with customers to finalize sales transactions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and market trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or automotive management is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role, with GCC experience preferred.

  • A valid Qatari driving license is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of automotive products, features, and market trends.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales transactions.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions.
