As a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry, you will play a vital role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their vehicle purchasing requirements. Your expertise will contribute to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a competitive market.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities to customers.
Negotiate sales agreements and follow up with customers to finalize sales transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and market trends to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or automotive management is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role, with GCC experience preferred.
A valid Qatari driving license is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of automotive products, features, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales transactions.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions.
