Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in luxury hotels and high-end fine dining to drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hospitality sales, strategic marketing, and client relationship management within the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across hotel and F&B outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the portfolio of high-value clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury partners.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, social media activities, and promotional events.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within luxury hotels and fine dining.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality and high-end dining markets.
