As a Sales and Marketing Executive with our esteemed Real Estate Company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish realistic sales objectives and goals.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings.
- Utilize online and offline channels to maximize property visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, photographers, and other marketing service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property tours and attend property viewings with potential clients.
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on market conditions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential buyers.
- Ensure smooth transaction processes, coordinating with legal and financial teams as needed.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts.
- Actively participate in community events to enhance the company's community presence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
