We are hiring for a Restaurant Operations Director for aprestigious restaurant group in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing F&B team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive performance and efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a director or senior leadership role within the luxury hotel industry in Qatar.
- Strong expertise in restaurant operations, service standards, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic-speaking nationalities preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results, lead high-performing teams, and maintain exceptional operational standards.
