Registered Nurses (QCHP Licensed)

Job Summary:

 We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join a distinguished healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Prometric certification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to international healthcare standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in line with medical protocols and physician directives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of all healthcare information.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to physicians and collaborate on treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Support junior nursing staff and contribute to their professional development through guidance and mentorship.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and other medical interventions.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative patient monitoring.
• Conduct routine health checks and screenings to identify potential health issues.
• Assist in managing medical emergencies by providing immediate and effective care.
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment in the assigned unit.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care policies and procedures.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during critical situations.
• Stay updated on the latest nursing practices, techniques, and healthcare advancements through continuing education.
• Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs organized by the medical center.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license recognized in Qatar.
• Prometric certification with a passing score as required by QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners).
• Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Candidates with prior experience in GCC countries and familiarity with QCHP guidelines.
• Valid Visa and QID required
• Nationality preference: Indian and Filipino candidates only.
