Recreation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recreation Supervisor with a background in luxury hotels or high-end resorts. The ideal candidate will oversee daily recreational operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain safety standards, and lead the recreation team in delivering premium leisure and wellness activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily recreation activities, including beach, pool, kids club, fitness, and sports programs.
• Ensure all recreational facilities are safe, well-maintained, and operated according to luxury hotel standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule recreation staff, including lifeguards, instructors, and attendants.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or feedback professionally.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in planning and executing recreational programs, events, and seasonal activities.
• Monitor equipment usage, inventory, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare reports on daily activities, incidents, and staff performance for management.
• Support VIP guest services and special events as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recreation Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end resort.
• Strong knowledge of recreation operations, guest service standards, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Sports Management, Recreation, or related field.
• Experience overseeing beach, pool, kids club, or wellness facilities.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
