We are seeking a professional and friendly female receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
