Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional (Female) to join a prominent real estate firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, strong knowledge of the UAE property market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive property sales and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and other related matters.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Prepare sales agreements, contracts, and relevant documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales in the GCC region.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic is required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Arabic nationals preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Locally available in UAE with valid visa.
