A Public Area Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort ensures all public areas are impeccably clean, organized, and presentable. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of hygiene and appearance in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, and other guest-facing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest luxury standards.
  • Ensure restrooms are stocked, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
  • Monitor public spaces and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for events in public areas.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and luxury service standards.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to public areas.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in public area cleaning in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment appropriate for high-end hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented demeanor.
