We are seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Property Agent to join a dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in securing deals. This role involves managing commercial real estate transactions, including sales, leasing, and client management, while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and engage potential clients seeking commercial properties for purchase or lease. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Provide clients with data-driven insights and investment opportunities.
  • Property Listings & Marketing: Prepare detailed property listings and marketing materials. Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns for commercial properties.
  • Property Showings & Negotiations: Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients, showcasing key features and benefits. Facilitate negotiations between property owners and potential buyers/tenants, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
  • Transaction Management: Manage the entire transaction process, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met. Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other documents necessary for closing deals.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing returns for property owners. Provide ongoing support and advice on property management and investment strategies.
  • Networking & Business Development: Expand and maintain a professional network, including investors, developers, and other real estate professionals. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated and generate new business leads.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details. Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in sales and leasing.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including local zoning laws, property values, and investment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to independently manage multiple clients and properties
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID for immediate joining.
  • The candidate should have a valid driving license and own a car.
