We are hiring an experienced Porotta Maker(Kerala) to join a well-established restaurant group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing authentic, soft, and flaky porottas, maintaining quality and consistency in a busy kitchen setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare traditional porottas with the right texture, softness, and flavor.
  • Manage dough preparation, rolling, and cooking on tawa or griddle.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and cooking areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet order requirements timely.
  • Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience making porottas in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Skilled in traditional methods of porotta preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic English communication skills are a plus.
