As an experienced Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitative care and improving the physical well-being of patients. Your expertise in physiotherapy and commitment to patient care will be instrumental in the healthcare environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities through detailed evaluations.
Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and medical referrals.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and preventive care strategies.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists for integrated patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques through continuing education and professional development.
Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines for physiotherapy practice.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure ethical standards in all aspects of care.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Postgraduate training or certification in specialized areas of physiotherapy (e.g., neurology, orthopedics) preferred.
Valid license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist.
QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) license or equivalent from the relevant healthcare regulatory authority.
Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, including experience in the GCC region.
Proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering a wide range of physiotherapy interventions.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build rapport with patients and support their rehabilitation journey.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.
Language proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
