As an experienced Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitative care and improving the physical well-being of patients. Your expertise in physiotherapy and commitment to patient care will be instrumental in the healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities through detailed evaluations.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and medical referrals.

  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and preventive care strategies.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes accurately.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists for integrated patient care.

  • Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques through continuing education and professional development.

  • Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines for physiotherapy practice.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure ethical standards in all aspects of care.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

  • Postgraduate training or certification in specialized areas of physiotherapy (e.g., neurology, orthopedics) preferred.

  • Valid license or registration to practice as a Physiotherapist.

  • QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) license or equivalent from the relevant healthcare regulatory authority.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, including experience in the GCC region.

  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering a wide range of physiotherapy interventions.

  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build rapport with patients and support their rehabilitation journey.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.

  • Language proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
