As an Operation Manager in the automotive industry, you will oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer service, and effective management of resources. Your role is vital in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

                    • Oversee daily operations of the automotive facility, including sales, service, and parts departments.

                    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

                    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

                    • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure the availability of parts and vehicles while minimizing excess stock.

                    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

                    • Lead and manage staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.

                    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

                    • Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure cost control.

                    • Conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

                    • Implement and maintain quality control measures to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

                    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.

                    • Evaluate and improve customer service practices to enhance the overall customer experience.

                    • Drive strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and operational excellence.

                    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

                    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

                    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive technology, or a related field.

                    • 7-10 years of experience in automotive operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role; GCC experience preferred.

                    • Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.

                    • Proven experience in managing operations, staff, and resources effectively.

                    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

                    • Proficiency in using management software and tools to analyze performance metrics.

                    • Experience in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

                    • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions based on findings.

                    • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

                    • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management within an automotive setting.

                    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive organizational change.

                    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the automotive industry.
