We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager in our training center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing facilities, and providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of the training center. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Ensure efficient communication and coordination between staff members and departments within the training center.
Monitor and maintain the training center's physical environment, including office spaces, classrooms, and common areas.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary supplies and services.
Interact with students and clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about training programs.
Provide administrative support to training center staff, including instructors, to facilitate the delivery of training programs.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars hosted by the training center.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student attendance, staff schedules, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in office management or administration is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
