• Reports directly to the Head Nurse
• Provides client-centered care
• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs to plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care through interviews, observations, and physical evaluations
• Identifies patterns of human responses to actual or potential health problems that require nursing intervention
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to create a care plan based on clinical information and patient observation
• Executes nursing care plans based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions, while evaluating outcomes
• Performs preventative, restorative, palliative, and health-promoting activities
• Assists patients with daily activities such as moving, bathing, dressing, eating, drinking, and grooming
• Updates doctors on patients' status/needs and ensures orders are effectively carried out
• Administers oral, enteral, and injectable medications (excluding IV injections) as scheduled and ordered, while monitoring for side effects
• Serves as a resource for medication knowledge, side effects, and dosages
• Provides health education to patients and their families
• Maintains medical records and appointments
• Performs wound care, tracheostomy care, colostomy care, and post-surgical care
• Carries out other assigned duties as needed

• Effective communication and accurate observation skills
• Knowledgeable in basic to advanced nursing procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or 3-year Nursing Diploma
• Holding Valid Nursing Council Registration from their home country
• Minimum 2 years of hospital/ clinical experience post-medical license registration in the same position
Working Hours:
• 12 hours/day, 6 days/week
• 1 day off per week
