We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Mixologist (Captain) who excels in crafting innovative cocktails, managing bar operations, and leading a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to brand standards and guest preferences.
- Lead and motivate the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene behind the bar.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation of bar supplies.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on mixology techniques, customer service, and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage management to develop innovative drink menus and promotions.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate in Mixology or Bartending from a recognized institute. (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bar Captain, preferably within the luxury hotel or premium hospitality sector.(Required)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Outstanding guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
